Aug 2-22

Day 892-912
August is almost over, I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted. We have been busy, and actually got away camping for 3 days! It went well, and we discovered a new venue for us to use. The Buffalo Pound campground has accessible sites, and they were very good. Our site was paved, close to the bathroom that had a wheelchair room for families, and we had power. We camped with Jackie and Johnny, Colin and Chelsey, and Wendy and Krystal, so it was nice to have different faces to look at. We ate well, and everyone was happy with how things went. It was a big step!
Dale is in the process of moving, so he has our Rav today. Our 1/2 ton is being used by Chris's friends who are also moving into a house. I guess it was time for everyone to buy a house. Dale is a bit anxious about his mortgage guy, who is dragging his feet a bit as far as that goes, but hopefully everything will be OK. I think I would have found someone else by now, but that comes with age.
We are closer to building, the garage at the other house was moved the beginning of August, and I have someone coming to prepare the site next week. I think it will go fast once it starts, the contractor wants it to be closed in by November, so I think we are waiting for paperwork yet. I will be happy to think about something else, and that would be piano lessons. I've seen a few parents lately, and it occurred to me that I will have to get my schedule sorted out soon. Busy, busy, busy.
The quilt I was working on has been quilted, and I'm in the process of binding it. It has turned out beautifully, and more than I expected. That is a good feeling, when your vision turns into a vision!
Enough about me, Glenn is funny, he is into his computers more than ever, and I am getting pretty good at putting them back together. Some of them even run when we are through with them! It keeps him thinking, that's for sure. He has bid on a few more, but I told him he is cutoff!
'Til next time,
Louise

Sounds like everything is going great! This summer has gone like fire but only cold. Okay, not one of the best comparisons made. Anyway, school starts next week so I am not certain what will take place but it will interesting.
Love, M.
