Hi. I've just gotten home from a two week stay in the hospital. I don't think that I was really that sick, but the way that the weekends worked out, my stay worked out to be that long. My heart was racing, so being afraid that drugs might slow it down too much occasionally, they put a pacemaker in to control the slow speed. I'm scheduled for AV node Ablation, in a couple of months. That means that they will stop any "natural" pulses that are created by me, and make me totally reliant on the pacemaker for my heartbeats. I hope that it has a good battery. The Energizer bunny comes to mind.
I had to miss Uncle Bob's funeral because of my hospital stay . My regular cardiologist was away, and the "fill in" did not want the responsibility I don't think.
It's kind of stormy here today. Louise is complaining about the snowbank that is in front of the door (and probably the garage door. We were keeping our grandson for the day, but because of the weather, his Dad got off work at noon and then picked him up early. Too bad. If it's not food, he will share with me. If it's something to eat, I can forget about sharing. He will share with Louise, go figure!
