August 18 - Sept 12

Day 558-583
Whew! I thought I had lost my contact with the blogging world. I needed to open a Google account, and something happened. I have been trying to figure it out for a few days now, so finally I tried a different approach, and here I am!
We have been busy. Glenn is working on his balancing with the walker, and I have been trying to do my "to do " list. Happily, the lentils are gone, the deck is painted, and the swather is in the field even as I write this. I hope the rain stays away for a while so everyone can get finished. It is always a relief to have it in the bin.
I decided to start teaching piano again, and have scheduled lessons to start next week. We'll see how that goes soon. I have a few misgivings, but hope to do well once I get started.
Jackie is starting to get more excited. She is planning to have her dress made, as she just didn't find one that she dreamed about, and we both decided we don't have time to go far on shopping trips. It may work out about the same anyway, and save us the time and gas to travel and shop. Most plans are in place, and they will print the invitations soon. That really brings home how close it is.
Glenn is scheduled for Botox review on September 29, I'm having a mammogram on the 17th, and I have to make eye appointments, as both Glenn and I are finding our arms are too short! Life begins at 50 hey? Life on the road to the doctors I guess!
Sorry about the long period of no news, I'm probably forgetting about a lot of things that happened at the end of August, but I may remember next time I post.
'Til next time,
Louise

Good to hear all is well. I wouldn't have a clue with all that account bit.
Things sound like all is steady. It is amazing how time is flying.
February is a-comin'.
School is fanastic. I feel like a teacher again. Good way to finish, eh.
Take care,
M.
